Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

Once you have placed an order with Cobwebs we will send you an e mail to confirm your order has been received. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. 

Standard Delivery is free on all products.

We also offer a Next Day Delivery Service for orders placed before 12noon. This is priced on weight, a price will be shown in your Basket when you go through Checkout.

Please note Jewellery Tailors jewellery is not available on Next Day Delivery as each piece is made to order.

Returns

If you need to return an item for any reason please e mail us first at info@cobwebsuk.com to avoid any delays.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you may return them to us within 14 days of date of dispatch. Please note a £2 handling fee will be deducted if you require a refund.  Once you have contacted us we would ask that you send back the item in its original packaging and, in the case of jewellery, unworn. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so that you have proof of delivery, we will not refund or replace any items lost in transit.  We will not refund or replace any items that arrive to us damaged.

Please note we cannot accept return of earrings, unless faulty, due to Health and Hygiene Regulations.

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement free of charge. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage other than through the fault of our packaging.

For all returns, except where an item is faulty or damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to us.
